Why is my actual quote different from the rates listed? +
Listed rates are starting figures. Final quote depends on volume of items, distance, floor (with/without lift), packing materials, and any special handling. Our pre-move survey gives you a final, locked-in number.
Are taxes & tolls included? +
GST (18%) is shown separately on the invoice. Tolls and inter-state taxes are included in the quoted price for interstate moves.
Do you charge extra for stairs / no-lift buildings? +
Standard packages cover up to 2nd floor without lift. From 3rd floor onwards, ₹500/floor is added. We always disclose this during the survey.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before move date. Within 48 hours, 25% of advance is retained to cover crew & vehicle reservation.
Do you offer EMI / payment plans? +
Yes, for moves above ₹25,000 we offer 3-month no-cost EMI through partner banks (HDFC, ICICI, Axis). Subject to credit card eligibility.
