Pricing & Payments
How is the moving cost calculated? +
Cost depends on five factors: (1) distance, (2) volume of items, (3) floor with/without lift, (4) packing materials needed, (5) any special handling like piano or AC dismantling. Our pre-move survey gives a final locked quote.
What payment methods do you accept? +
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, NEFT/RTGS, and cash for amounts under ₹2 lakh. We typically take 25% as advance and the balance on delivery.
Are taxes & tolls included? +
GST (18%) is shown separately. Tolls and interstate taxes are included in the quoted price for interstate moves.
Do you offer no-cost EMI? +
Yes, for moves above ₹25,000 — 3-month no-cost EMI via HDFC, ICICI, Axis credit cards.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the move. Within 48 hours, 25% of advance is retained to cover crew & vehicle reservation.
Packing & Moving Day
What packing materials do you use? +
Standard: bubble wrap, double-walled corrugated cartons, stretch film, foam sheets. Premium: 5-layer wrapping with thermocol corners and wooden crates for fragile/expensive items. All materials are food-grade and reusable.
How early should I book? +
7-10 days in advance for best rates and your preferred date. Same-day or next-day moves are accepted subject to availability.
Will you dismantle and assemble furniture? +
Yes, included in Standard and Premium packages. Wardrobes, beds, dining tables, and modular kitchens are dismantled at source and assembled at destination.
Do you handle ACs, refrigerators, and washing machines? +
Yes. ACs require gas evacuation by a technician (₹800-1,200 per unit, charged separately). Refrigerators must be defrosted 24 hours before. Washing machines need to be drained.
What time does the crew arrive? +
We schedule arrivals at 8 AM, 10 AM, or 12 PM. Crew always arrives 15 minutes early for setup. You'll get an SMS with the supervisor's number 24 hours before the move.
Insurance & Damages
Is my stuff insured during transit? +
Yes — every move includes transit insurance. Basic: ₹50,000 cover. Standard: ₹2 lakh. Premium: ₹5 lakh. Higher coverage available on request via partner insurers.
What happens if something gets damaged? +
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our claims team verifies and processes settlement within 7 working days. We've maintained a 0.3% damage rate over professional moves.
Are jewellery and cash covered? +
No. We strongly recommend you carry jewellery, cash, important documents (passports, property papers), and valuables under ₹1 lakh personally — not in the truck.
Vehicle Transport
Do you transport cars and bikes? +
Yes — open and enclosed car carriers across 50+ cities. Bikes via wooden crating with fuel drainage. RTO documentation and insurance papers are handled by our team.
How long does interstate car transport take? +
Mumbai-Delhi: 4-5 days. Bangalore-Pune: 2-3 days. Chennai-Kolkata: 5-6 days. Door-to-door includes pickup & drop. You'll get live GPS tracking link.
Should I drain fuel before bike transport? +
We do this for you on pickup day — required by transport regulations. Bring your bike with under 1 litre of fuel.
Warehousing & Storage
Can I store items if my new home isn't ready? +
Yes. Climate-controlled, fire-safe warehouses with 24/7 CCTV. Daily, monthly, and yearly plans starting at ₹15/sq ft/month. Pest control and humidity management included.
How quickly can I retrieve stored items? +
24 hours' notice for full retrieval. Partial retrieval (just one carton, etc.) needs 48 hours and a ₹500 handling fee.
Is there minimum storage duration? +
7 days minimum. Longer commitments (3+ months) get 15% discount. 12+ months gets 25% discount.
